Hyperhidrosis in Iraq - Soldiers and Excessive SweatingBy: Dr Karamanoukian at www.EliminateSweating.com September 21, 2008 |
|
I routinely get e mail from soldiers in Iraq or their families to schedule appointments for them to be seen once they return home for hyperhidrosis. I would like to remind these concerned soldiers that it is normal for individuals to sweat in high ambient temperatures and that this is not considered to be pathologic. Pathologic or excessive sweating can occur in cold temperatures and is triggered by anxiety/stress or can be constant without exertion. For more information, read about hyperhidrosis on our website.
